This is our worksheet to plan for Field Day. When you determine what you would like to be in charge of for that day erase from "Needs" list and enter on "Have" list with your first initial and last name. If you have any suggestions for the field day put your suggestions under the "suggestions" list with your first initial and last name. I selected the first one as an example for you. I also wrote an example suggestion. Thank you for your help on this field day event.

Suggestions

We may need a rain plan. (nchesser)
What about some pop up tents for shade? (L. Andrianopoulos)
Chairs for volunteers (Jcarr)
Face Painting booths and temporary tattoo booths are always fun (Jcarr)
We will need to save some of the older students help clean-up afterwards. (S.Briggs)
It will be a good idea to have large trash cans throughout the May Day. (S. Briggs)
Order specialty items ahead of time, i.e. moon bounce, potato sacks, so that one is prepared.
We may want to have recycle bins for water bottles and paper products. We want to be eco-friendly! (T. Brown)
Are parents allowed to attend? If so, they could be volunteers as well as help supply any needs. (L. Emmett)
Oh! Someone to take pictures for the school year book would be a great addition as well. (L. Emmett)
If students had to buy tickets, we need someone who will be available to sell more and collect money. (C Galanopoulos)
We could consider pre-printed T-Shirts to remember the day by, or we could look at supplying blank t-shirts to be painted by the students since we're already going to have paints there for face painting. (A. Gulsby)
We might need to consider renting port-a-pottys because too much traffic going in and out of the school to use the bathroom often leads to a mess. (J. Calametti)
